When
you call or visit our office you will be greeted by one of our office
team members. Their primary purpose is to make you, the patient feel
comfortable, informed and welcome. When you call or visit our
office you will most likely speak with Julie or Jenny, they will be
happy to answer any questions you have or schedule your office
appointment. Tara is our clinical assistant and works with the physicians during office hours. Lori
is our surgery co-ordinator. She will work with you and your insurance
company to make sure you are completely informed of all aspects of your
surgery. Rose is our experienced Billing Manager. She will be happy
to help you with your questions regarding your bill or your insurance
coverage. Carol works in the transcription department to keep all records current. Pat Buckert is Office Manager and has served with the organization since 1977. She is available to assist you at anytime.
When
you call or visit our Skin Care Center you will be greeted by our
receptionist. She will be happy to assist you with your skin care
questions and appointments. Our Certified Estheticians are Kelly and
Angela. They are licensed by the State Board of Cosmetology, members of
the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and trained to
work alongside the physicians to offer you the best in skin care.
You should expect a peaceful, relaxing experience when you visit our skin care center.
Angela is our licensed Electrologists. She offers permanent hair removal through Electrology and Laser.
Angela
is also our IPL technician and would be happy to discuss this wonderful
procedure for treatment of pigmentation, fine lines and aging skin with
you.
